Rajesh Sennik is a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting and a member of the Corporate Finance practice where he is based in London. He is highly experience in the TMT sector with over 20 years of experience in transaction advisory, strategy, restructuring, performance improvement and business transformation.

Rajesh has first hand experience in consultancy, industry and as an Operating Partner in Private Equity. He has lived and worked in UK, India, USA and most of Europe. 

Prior to FTI Consulting, Rajesh was an Operating Partner at Fidelity Private Equity and before that a Partner at Accenture including leading Accenture’s strategy practice in India for 3 years from 2008 to 2011. Before that he worked at KPMG Transaction Services and EY Consulting. His early career started in software development.
