Bobby Chatterjee is a Managing Director in the Strategic Communications segment at FTI Consulting, based in London. She works in the People & Change practice.

An experienced Learning and Development and Change Management consultant, facilitator and coach, Bobby brings almost 20 years in this field. She offers extensive cross-industry knowledge and experience from a wide range of leading national and global organisations such as: HSBC, Barclays, Janus Henderson Global Investors, EE, British Sugar, RWE Npower, Metro, GSK and Novartis. She has worked in 25+ countries from the UK, across Europe to Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific and the US.

During this time, Bobby has designed and delivered leadership and management development programmes for graduate to senior levels, facilitated strategic off-sites, improvements in employee engagement and team effectiveness, team development solutions and coaching. In addition, she has led strategy development, global programmes and culture change projects, as well as created highly successful global interventions to develop women in leadership.

Bobby uses psychometric tools to add depth and insight to leadership, team development programmes and coaching.

Bobby was a finalist in the global Learning Professional of the Year 2018 award, having been nominated by several of her clients for the impact of her extensive support. Her women in leadership programme won a global award in 2017 in India.

Before various consulting roles, Bobby was a Senior HR Business Partner supporting board members with integration and Group Employee Relations Strategy and Policy Manager at Lloyds Banking Group. During that decade, she led the learning and development for her regions, managed significant change programmes, facilitated talent identification and assessment, rolled out new performance management systems with supporting behavioural frameworks, managed groupwide employee relations and related communications, and matters including group negotiations with trade unions, succession planning, career coaching, graduate recruitment and assessment centres.
