Geoff Brewer, founder and Chairman said: "Joining FTI is an exciting step forward for us. This transaction offers a tremendous opportunity to combine our strengths with FTI in forging a truly global service capability. We look forward to combining our litigation support and construction industry skills with the highly experienced team at FTI."
