Bobby Chatterjee is a Senior Director at FTI Consulting. She is a member of the Strategic Communications segment and is based in London. Bobby works in the People & Change practice.

Bobby is an experienced Learning and Development and Change Management consultant, facilitator and coach. With almost 20 years in this field, she offers extensive cross-industry knowledge and experience from a wide range of leading national and global organisations including: global banks and financial services firms, utilities, manufacturing and telecommunications. Bobby has worked in 15+ countries from the UK, across Europe to Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific and the US.

During this time, she has designed and delivered leadership and management development programmes at all levels, facilitated strategic off-sites, improvements in employee engagement and communications, team development solutions and coaching. In addition, she has led strategy development, global programmes and culture change projects, plus created highly successful global interventions to develop women in leadership.

Bobby uses psychometric tools to add depth and insight to leadership, team development programmes and coaching. Her clients describe her as “infectiously enthusiastic, credible, warm and engaging” and yet “value her cool head in a crisis or challenging situation”. Her development programmes and coaching have been described as transformational at both individual and team level. She was a finalist in the global Learning Professional of the Year 2018 award, having been nominated by several of her clients for the impact of her extensive support.

Before consulting roles, Bobby was a Senior HR Business Partner supporting board members with integration and Group Employee Relations Strategy and Policy Manager at Lloyds Banking Group. During that decade, she managed significant change programmes, facilitated talent identification, rolled out new performance management systems, managed group-wide employee relations matters including trade union negotiations, succession planning, career coaching, graduate recruitment and assessment centres.
