Our benefits package covers a broad spectrum of benefits for employees and eligible dependents, including domestic partners and eligible domestic partner children.


FTI Pension Scheme

FTI Consulting has a pension scheme to help you plan for your retirement. It is a defined contribution scheme with Standard Life and provides you access to a wide range of funds in which you can invest your own and the Firm’s contribution.


Permanent Health Insurance

The LLP pays for an insurance policy which would provide you with an income if you were unable to work due to long term illness or injury. Any benefit payment would be subject to confirmation by the insurer.


Life Assurance Scheme

The scheme provides cover for your beneficiaries in the event of your death. The trustees of the scheme will be responsible for deciding how the benefits are distributed, therefore it is usually paid free from inheritance tax. Please complete an ‘Expression of Wishes’ form and ensure it is kept updated.


Private Medical Insurance

The LLP offers medical insurance through Cigna. The plan covers you for eligible private treatment in the UK and is subject to an excess of £100 per scheme year. This is a taxable benefit and will appear on your P11D.


Private Dental Insurance

The LLP offers dental insurance through Denplan. The scheme provides cover for routine and restorative dental treatment as well as emergency dental care. This is a taxable benefit and will appear on your P11D.


Childcare Vouchers*

You can help pay for childcare by purchasing vouchers direct from the LLP, through the monthly payroll. This is a tax efficient way of paying for childcare as a salary sacrifice, providing you with a tax and NI saving. *Partners are not eligible for this benefit.


Cycle to Work Scheme*

The cycle to work scheme allows you to purchase a bike, to be used predominately for commuting purposes, and have the cost deducted from your salary over a 12 month period. In this way you can make tax and NI savings on the cost of the bike. *Partners are not eligible for this benefit.


Season Ticket Loan

You may apply for an interest free loan to purchase a season ticket for commuting. Payments are made directly to your travel provider and deducted from your net salary over 12 months.


Employee Assistance Programme

You and your family have access to a confidential telephone service to help manage a range of personal issues. This service includes counselling sessions and access to a private GP telephone helpline, enabling you to discuss immediate health concerns with a doctor.


Give As You Earn

Through the monthly payroll, charitable contributions can be made to a registered charity of your choice from your pre-tax salary.


Corporate Gym Memberships
