Experienced Professionals

Two businessmen shaking hands in an FTI Consulting Building Lobby

Our business is built on the skills and expertise of our people, and we regularly employ talented individuals from a variety of levels and backgrounds who make a real contribution to our firm’s uniquely rich and diverse culture.

If you are a team player and have an entrepreneurial spirit; are eager to learn; are flexible, motivated and intelligent; and possess a drive to succeed, FTI Consulting is a great place to further your career.

We make a genuine investment in learning and development for the people who work for us. Training courses play a key part, but you’ll find that you learn most “on the job”. Our project teams are smaller than others in the industry, which gives you far more opportunity to interact with FTI Consulting leaders and clients. As an FTI Consulting professional, you’ll be assigned a mentor or performance manager to help you identify your goals and plan a personalised learning path. During regularly scheduled meetings, your performance manager will give you feedback on your strengths and advice on the areas that need attention.

Our learning paths are designed to meet your needs at every stage of your career. In addition to company-wide courses, you will benefit from instructor-led and online programmes geared toward your individual job function and expanding on-the-job experience. Knowledge and skills obtained through training can contribute toward industry-recognised qualifications.

FTI Consulting is a company that encourages a healthy balance between work and life, and we offer our employees a competitive and comprehensive benefits package.

Application and interview process

The application and interview process can vary depending on the country for which you are applying. You can search our jobs database for available positions that match your skills and interest and then follow the instructions to complete your application and submit your CV. One of our recruiting professionals will review your credentials against the requirements of the position for which you have applied and any other positions where your background may be applicable. Someone will contact you to discuss your CV and interests in more detail if you are selected for further consideration. This will allow you the opportunity to learn more about the position and FTI Consulting. A recruiting point of contact will keep you informed of timing and next steps throughout the process.

If you are interested in working for FTI Consulting but don’t currently see any suitable open positions, you can submit a general application, consisting of a CV and cover letter, for our recruiting team to review. Once you have a profile in our recruiting database, your information will remain accessible to our recruiting team for consideration for positions in the future, for a period of six months.
